We believe that attending a yoga class shouldn't just be an hour of exercise, but a self-care experience. We pay attention to the little details to help you unwind, de-stress and form a deeper connection with your body in a tranquil and supportive environment.
We also have a unique approach to teaching which allows students to understand the correct form and technique, avoiding the typical overwhelm beginners may feel and helping our seasoned yogis level-up.

Absolutely! All of our classes are open to all levels, including complete beginners. Liv provides modifications and guidance throughout, so you can go at your own pace and build confidence as you go.
Not at all! Flexibility is a result of practice, not a requirement to begin. Our classes are designed to help improve mobility, strength, and body awareness—no matter where you’re starting from.
In many cases, yes—but please let us know on your pre-class form so we can advise you appropriately or offer modifications. Liv is trained to guide students safely and mindfully, but it's always best to listen to your own body and consult your doctor first if you're unsure.
Our classes are suitable for all ages but you must be at least 16 years old to attend, or 12+ if accompanied by an adult.
We offer a range of styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, and Restorative Yoga, as well as meditation sessions. Each class has a different pace and focus, so there’s something to suit every body and every mood.
Vinyasa Yoga
A dynamic, flowing style where movement is linked with breath. Great for building heat, improving flexibility, and calming the mind through rhythm and flow.
Power Yoga
A stronger, faster-paced practice designed to build strength, stamina, and focus. Expect a good sweat and an energising workout.
Hatha Yoga
A slower, more deliberate practice focused on alignment and breath. Ideal for beginners or anyone wanting to move mindfully and build a solid foundation.
Restorative Yoga
A deeply relaxing practice using props to support the body in long-held poses. Perfect for stress relief, recovery, and calming the nervous system.
Group classes are a cost-effective way to learn the art of yoga whilst connecting to the yoga community. One-to-one sessions are more personalised—perfect if you’re working on specific goals, recovering from injury, or simply prefer individual attention.
Liv is a fully-qualified Yoga Teacher with 200 hours of training at a Yoga Alliance approved yoga school.
To begin with, Liv will give you a quick introduction to the class and take you through some warm-up movements. After that, you'll complete the main segment of the class (Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, Restorative). You'll finish the class with some cool-down asanas and of course, savasana, whilst listening to the healing frequencies of the Tibetan singing bowl.
Depending on the type of class, you can expect to leave feeling calmer, more connected to your body and like you got a really good workout!
Each yoga class lasts approximately 60 minutes.
Meditation classes (coming soon) will be slightly shorter (30 minutes).
Our weekly classes are currently based at a studio in Stourbridge town. You will be sent to address in your confirmation email after booking.
Drop-in/Pay as you go is £8 per class.
